Denim on denim is a trend that hasn't faded away too fast yet, let alone denim in itself. Take the classic blue jean for example, whenever I think of how "staple" denim jeans are this quote always comes to my mind by YSL: “I wish I had invented blue jeans. They have expression, modesty, sex appeal, simplicity - all I hope for in my clothes.”
