I love playing with shapes and silhouettes of clothing just as much as I enjoy mixing patterns and textures, and todays outfit is a prime example. I slightly hated myself for caving into the two trends I am wearing: peplums and the infamous envelope skirt. I always thought the peplum silhouette was way too girly for my liking and I was tired of seeing the same Zara-inspired skirt on every fashion blog I clicked on (despite how much I adored the piece). However, I caved and bought the two pieces. Who would have thought I'd pair them together? Surprisingly, these two pieces create an interesting outfit full of dimension.
I was also tired of seeing that type of skirt on everyone, but it's still a very pretty skirt and you definitely pulled it off well. I like how you styled it with a peplum top!! And your shoes are cute. Great look!
