Festive Lace

First of all, I got my hair cut!! Sometimes I feel like it looks long but its pretty short for me, I cut a good 4-5 inches off, which is a lot. Overall I'm happy with it though, I'm just scared to see it in my natural texture! I really don't feel that velvet gives off a holiday/festive vibe some of the time but in this case I definitely feel that way. This skirt screams "Christmas Eve" to me, which isn't bad by any means, velvet skirts as opposed to leggings just give off a different feeling. Also, these are the first time you guys are seeing an outfit paired with my new docs, which I absolutely love.
