Pretty self explanatory, I stole this idea from WeWoreWhat by the way :)

Wing Tips
Wearing: Forever 21 button up, Jeans from a local boutique, Collar tips from Ebay
I have been waiting for these collar tips forever to come in the mail, but I should expect that when things come from China on Ebay. Anyways, I think they are the coolest things ever and look amazing on a button up, especially this one which I just happened to be wearing when I received them. They go so well with the gold buttons on the shirt and just give such a polished look.
About these jeans, I have been loving leather pants but sometimes I think they are too much for just a day at school so I've been loving coated jeans or jeans that give off a leather appearance. I have one pair from H&M that I have yet to wear, but this pair looks just as great my favorite part is the gorgeous floral pattern on them which is so subtle but makes the whole outfit.

Topshop for Nordstrom
Recently, one of my favorite stores collaborated with another one of my favorite stores. Topshop and Nordstrom. Topshop defines my style so well, trendy and a bit edgy while still maintaing the classic and polished look. Nordstrom always has been one of my favorite stores also, the range in clothing and shoes is beyond me. With three full levels of everything from the BP department to salon shoes you are bound to find something. I immediately fell in love with Topshops collection at Nordstrom so today I picked out three pieces from it: a jacket, skirt and a pair of overalls, and styled them.
The first piece I chose was this anorak style camo jacket, this type of jacket may have to be one of my favorite trends for fall. You just have to be careful when wearing it because it could come off as a bit too masculine sometimes but when styling it too girly it could look awkward. So, I paired it with a neutral color scheme but feminine silhouettes like this leather circle skirt and mesh top.
The second piece was this beautiful metallic skirt, this outfit could work for day or night. My mind went right to a peplum when I saw this skirt, however something over the peplum top would amp up this outfit even more. It's hard to layer with a peplum so I chose this cropped leather jacket, not taking away from the peplum.
The last piece are these great overalls. Overalls are so easy to style in the summer but in the fall and winter it could be a bit hard so I chose a simply burgundy button up for underneath threw over a gorgeous fur vest. To make the outfit even more "warm" you could put on a pair of tights or knee socks.

Fall Must-Haves: Shoes
Hey guys! So today I thought I'd do a post just about the shoes I wear the most for the fall time. I narrowed it down to these 6 which either happen to be ankle boots or sneakers, two trends that I am obsessed with right now, obviously... so here we go:
My docs! I love these babies so much, I'm actually happy I rarely wore them last year because this year I am crazy about them and they look good as new.
I recently bought these at Aldo and am obsessed with the studs on them, they're not too loud but add just the right touch. They're also a great height, I don't like too high of a heel.
I purchased these Sam Edelman booties last Spring and cannot believe how many knock-off versions I'm seeing this year so a fraction of the cost. Overall this boot is a really cute shoe, and comfortable too.
These boots from Topshop are probably my favorite, they give off a very "doc" appearance actually but still have a classic/moto style to them.
These Jeffrey Campbell HOMG's are just the best, I have a separate post on them because of that... Go check it out!
These plain white converse work well with anything and I love the all white factor about them, they don't dress down an outfit in my opinion.

Ripped Up Floral
Wearing: SheInside sweater / Urban Outfitters vest / Forever 21 shorts / Docs
Sometimes I feel a little silly buying a ripped up sweater, not really actually, but I was so excited when I saw this sweater on SheInside for $30 because a similar version from Wildfox is somewhere around $200, it was weird though the day after this sweater was raised to $39 on SheInside, I bought it anyway though because I loved it so much. Although SheInside does have great clothing, their advertising is a bit misleading. On the website this sweater was presented to differently, it was pure white while this is a shimmery light gold. Beside the point, I'm trying to squeeze in wearing all of my lovely shorts because it gets too cold out. I cannot wait to wear all my fall-like pants :)

Turtlenecks and booties
Wearing: ASOS crop top, American Apparel skirt, ALDO booties
Another circle skirt, surprise surprise, so this is the other one I was talking about in corduroy. Which is just as great, not that I was expecting anything less. I am also in LOVE with this crop top from Asos, you've probably seen something similar from American Apparel but I saw this one on Asos for half the price so I couldn't resist, it works well with anything and looks great on.

Fall, are you here yet?
Wearing: Forever 21 top and pants // Ebay beanie // Dolce Vita loafers
Yet again another post which involves me dying for the fall time, explains my green beanie which I couldn't wait to wear. Beanies are definitely going to be my go-to item for fall, I love this one especially because it is so oversized.
About these pants, during the springtime, around April, I saw houndstooth for the first time in a while at H&M, I could tell at that point that houndstooth was going to be back and better than ever this fall but I never would think I would like it. When I saw these pants at Forever I knew they were the perfect because because of the subtleness of them, the black and grey kind of melt together from afar but up close they really make a statement. Did I mention how comfortable they are too?

Walter Baker Inspired
Wearing: Forever 21 top and pants, Sam Edelman booties
Today I was feeling inspired by the collections from NYFW, particularly Walter Baker, one of my favorite collections. As seen below the look simply consisted of aztec printed pants and a tropical top. I just took a scenic printed top to replace that trend. Overall I think the look came out good and I love how it works with the shirt tucked in or out.

Circle Skirts Rule the World
Wearing: Forever 21 polka dot top, American Apparel circle skirt, Aldo ankel boots, Rings: right hand both Brandy Melville, left hand Forever 21
Circle skirts are really my new obsession, they make me think back to when I was 5, more than peter pan collars or overalls. This skirt especially since it's denim, never would I think I would fall in love with a denim mini skirt, I actually love this one so much, it goes with anything. And also I have no clue why my camera never focuses right on my rings, sorry about that.

Comfy but Cool
Wearing: Forever 21 sweater, Jenna&Ruby shorts, Topshop booties, Brandy Melville ring
So how has everyone's fashion week been so far? Unfortunately I'm stuck in school and there's nothing I can do about that so I always love to hear your guys' experiences. Anyways, this outfit was so comfy today and just perfect for the semi-breezy weather. This sweater from Forever is absolutely gorgeous, it seems like much better quality then what I paid. I actually really like this outfit even though when I bought these shorts I wasn't ecstatic about them, I just knew I had to style them right.
